Terms of Service

The agreement
These terms are between you and [Company legal entity] ([Address]) for the use of ANSOFF AI. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
ANSOFF AI is in beta. Features can change, break, or be removed. A beta label is not a promise that the product is finished or fit for a particular client matter.
Acceptable use
You may use ANSOFF AI to do consulting work for yourself or your firm. You may not:
- Break the law, or help someone else break it.
- Upload files you do not have the right to use.
- Try to get into another firm's workspace, another person's account, or the systems underneath the product.
- Use the product to generate instructions for violence, weapons, or sexual content involving minors.
- Present an ANSOFF output as a person's professional advice without checking it.
- Overload the service or probe it for secrets.
We can suspend an account that does these things. We will tell you when we can do that without putting someone at risk.
AI outputs are not advice
Outputs are produced by software. They can be wrong. They are not legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, medical advice, or other professional advice. They are not an audit opinion, a fairness opinion, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You are responsible for reading the work, checking the figures and the sources, and deciding what to hand to a client. Numbers that the product calculates record their formula. Text that a model writes can still be wrong around those numbers.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you put in (your files, your prompts, your client names) and of the outputs generated for you from that material. You give ANSOFF AI permission to host, copy, and process that material only so we can run the product for you: storing the file, extracting the text, searching it, sending the needed passages to the model provider named in the Privacy Policy, and making the deliverables. We do not use your content to train models. That permission ends when the content is deleted, except for copies that sit in a backup until the backup expires, which we do not use for anything else.
Plans that renew
Paid plans are not on until billing is configured. When you subscribe, the checkout page states the price, how often it renews, and how to cancel, and you have to agree before you pay. The plan renews on that cadence until you cancel. You cancel in Settings, in one step, with no cancellation fee from us. A confirmation email follows a purchase. A reminder email is sent before a renewal and before a free trial converts to a paid plan. See the Privacy Policy for what we store about the subscription.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, [Company legal entity] and ANSOFF AI are not liable for lost profits, lost clients, or decisions you or your client make from an output. The product is provided as it is, in beta. Some places do not allow certain limits, and those limits then apply only as far as they are allowed. Governing law and venue: [Governing law and venue].
Ending the account
You can delete the account in Settings. Deleting it removes workspaces you alone own, including the files, extracted text, and embeddings. Read the Privacy Policy for the retention periods and for what happens in a workspace that has another owner.
